- Infrastructure should develop a little more . Campus is little . Ac imented class is also there . Smart class is also there . Projectors are usee as the mode of study or lectures . Overall its okay and as said above faculties are very good .
- Campus life friends and juniors and most importantly phase during a programme or its rheharsals are the most attractive part
Dislikes
- Common room stories are the best part of the college life during programmes rheharsals and all .so its best memory for me
Remarks :
College is extremely good in studies and tests! The mid-evaluation test is been taken by college faculties! Even surprise tests and revisions are being taken. Regular classes are there. Lab facilities are also pretty much good. Our experience was good too! So it's a renowned college and in a very good location I.e. in the center of Kolkata. Various scholarships are also available. But there are some drawbacks like the campus is small but pretty with a little field and garden. And there is no fest kind of things which will .happen
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are very cooperative and strict in their studies. Some are too friendly teachers. Lab sessions are so good and they handle it in a very good way. Extra curriculum activities are also done like Basanta Utsav and Annual program and also various programs are done by The college authority and students unit. So overall it's a good college. It has a small canteen, a common library, and a department library as well.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, we have done 2 internships majorly and 3 industrial visits in our last 2 semesters. So we have to write projects based on it and have to submit them as it is part of our course and points /marks are based on it.
Placement Experience :
To be very honest Placements are not expected here as the facility has not been started yet but we can get a lot of internships from this course which includes hospital visits and training as well as industrial visits. We learned a lot about how industrially worked is being carried on and we got a surreal experience from that and are forever grateful for that.
Campus Life :
My course was miscellaneous though and it has a variety of subjects in which we have experienced a great experience and that particular working process. Couldn't believe that we overcome all of this . That was too interesting phase of our life as well as stressful! But we learned a lot which helped in our higher studies as well.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
