- The faculty is good the area is big and green and all the machineries are available all technical support is available there is every laboratory and practical knowledge is given
- Guest lectures are organised of only from the colleges like IITs

- The college is present in very remote area and there is bad transportation facility
- The placement scenario is not much good and very less companies come for the placement
Remarks :
The big reason for choosing in this college was of course it is a government college There is a entrance exam which is conducted every year and and students give the exam and on the basis of this exam students get admission in this college
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose the electronic and communication branch cause of the growth in future and the faculty in the college is well qualified in many of the professors are PHD As 1 semester is of 6 months so there are three exams conducted in which two of them are internal and the one which is final exam the level of the examination is not much high There is a noticeable chain in the fee structure has compared to the last 45 years yes there are some scholarships
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not obtained any internship yet there are some internships which are offered in our college like iit jammu provide the internship program in the campus and the task for the student is to do research
Placement Experience :
The placement scenario in the college is not much good here are only 2,3 companies like TCS etc . higest package is 700000 and average is 600000 There se very less percentage of students getting placements like 1 or 2% My friends after getting degrees to go for higher e studies
Campus Life :
The campus is full of greenery and there is a library and many fests are organised in the college like Holi fest Diwali festival and etc In library there are all academic books and many research book are available Yes there are many sports activity like javelin throw inter branch competition inter College competitions and many others In college there are many clubs like dance club poetry club and coding club for the students Yes hostel facilities are also available in the college it is very of portable and the registration process is very easy and there are many single room double room and triple room available and the quality of food is not much good but it can be eaten

Placement Experience :
Placements in our college are average only, not very high but not zero also. Few companies come every year for campus recruitment, like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some local construction firms. They mostly offer roles like junior engineer, site supervisor or trainee. Highest package was around 8 LPA for IT profile, average goes between 3-4 LPA. Almost 50-60% students get placed from campus, rest students go for off campus or higher studies. Eligibility for placement is you need minimum 6.5 CGPA and no active backlogs, also they check communication skills in interviews. No big mass recruiters like in IITs, but still some opportunities are there if you prepare well. If not getting placed through campus, I plan to try off campus drives and also thinking to prepare for govt exams or maybe do M.Tech. College do conduct some training sessions and mock interviews but main thing depends on self preparation.

Placement Experience :
Here almost 95% students got placed.average salary is around 6-7 lpa.Companies like wipro,infuses,bhel visited here.my plan after degree is to do mtech from iits. Highest package is around 45 lakhs (off campus). On campus it is around 25 lpa.

I am always moved by my college’s course curriculum which is multicultural and gives students a wide range of choices. The courses are demanding but the lecturers are always ready to provide support and counsel. It is affordable to all through scholarships and fair fees.
Placement and college life at IIT Jammu
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement depends on the company, majorly all companies asks for minimum CGPA of 7 or 7.5. Some past major companies which comes for recruitment are amazon, sprinklr, paytm, nvidia, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, maruti suzuki etc. According to 2023 data, highest package offered was 53 LPA, average package offered was 18 LPA, minimum package was 5 LPA. Percentage of students get placed in 2023 is 85%. My plans after getting the degree is to either works on corporate or to prepare for UPSC.

quality of teaching is crucial, instructor give their best in the class and class strength is divides in two section according their enrollment number.i think fees is affordable and fees waiver for different category.
My University Life In The University of Kashmir.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placements of jobs was 65% in the grade card if graduation. The recruitment process was followed by a job examination and job interview. Cipla, SKIMS were some of the recruiters that visited the university and offered almost 15 jobs. The average package offered by the recruiters was 40-70 thousands per month. And the highest package offered by the recruiters was 1.1 Lakh per month. In this recruitment process almost 40% students got placements. I got a private job in a private pharmacy company. Now, I have chosen this job as my carrier after getting the degree.

Placement Experience :
There were no job or placement opportunities available and it didn’t bothered the college. The main aim of the students as well included to just pass the degree and get out of there. Faculties also discouraged about the job market scenario outside the college which alleviated the trouble.

Previously there was 100% on campus placement in university but now it's only somewhat 70%. Companies come for placement also they select students but most of time it sells based company not a product based company also they offer quit low packages. Most of students try off Campus Placement where they get some good offers. Average package is about 5-7 lakh
