- The faculty of my college is great and they are very helpful and friendly and I like tere modernized teaching style.
- The campus life of the college is good too as many extra curriculum events happen in our college very often. The seniors are helpful and friendly too
Dislikes
- I don't like the infrastructure of the college. It is not well maintained and are very old .
- The information about the exams are not clear and the website of the college could have been more better.
Remarks :
I choose this college because it has a great repution in our city kolkata and the I've a lot about this college. No, you don't have to give any interview or group discussion or any written test to enter this college. All you need is good merit score in your 12th boards because for admission all it require is your 12th marks sheet
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are many course curriculum happen in our college very often. Like guest seminars of professors from different colleges debates and all . The faculty of my department of economics is very friendly and helpful our professors support the students and help them in any possible way. The knowledge they give and the teaching style of tye professors is good too. I don't know the scholarships for general category students but there are scholarships provided to the minority students every year which is enough to pay the fees of the college. And the fees of the course is very low like for example my 1st yera fees for bsc honors in economics is 8k approx. So it is very affordable.
Placement Experience :
The placement rate of my college is very low not all the students get placed in the college but some of them get jobs through college. On the contrary there are many internships opportunities for even 1st year students. The internship opportunities comes in our college very often
Campus Life :
The campus life is very good. The seniors and the teaching staff and the other staffs are very helpful and friendly. If you need any help just go ask for help from professors or any senior of you department and they will help you.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
