- The canteen of our college Is very bad. The food is not so good.
Remarks :
Asansol polytechnic is one of the best government colleges in west bengal. In this college the campus is very big and the faculty members in our branch are very helpful. To take admission in diploma their is a exam who's name is jexpo exam and cutoff above 90%. To prepare for this exam there is a book of bhagbati prakashan, this book is very helpful for clearing this entrance exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In asansol polytechnic I choose diploma in mining engineering, this is one of the best courses In engineering. I wanted to be a Mining engineer this is very good decision In my life. The teaching faculties In this branch is very helpful.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I have done my internship program in Dhemomain Pit colliery to Learn something new. I completed the enterprise in ECL. The task we do in the colliery is to go everywhere and see the workers and there works. This is very great experience to me to do this internship.

In our college rhe placement Is very good all the related branches and there campus placement is great. The job opportunities is this campus Placements is 75%. The average package provided by the company is 300000 rs. Those students who want to higher studies the college helps them to do.
Campus Life :
The campus of Asansol Polytechnic is very big and so clean. Every year there will be an fest conducted by our college. The library in this college is very big and all rhe book related our branch is available. In this college the Hostel is so big and neat and clean. The food provided by the hostel is so tasty and fresh.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
