- I almost like everything about college it's a vibe as you can go to canteen or ground and have fun and talk with your friends.
- Campus life is itself an adventure roaming around with your friends really lighten up your mood.
Dislikes
- I don't like the behaviour of some of faculty staff such as Library and admin office.
- Also I don't like the amount of morning lectures and two continuous labs in one day.
Remarks :
Mainly the reputation of this college also attracted my interest in curricular activities. Hindu College has a long history and one of my movies Rockstar was shot on its campus It made me fall in love with this college. CUET is required for admission nowadays.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course as I wanted an easier course in science and I got this in the very first cutoff. The faculty is overall as good as some senior teachers. Term exams in my opinion were really good and hard as well couldn't get marks without studying for one week at least.
Campus Life :
The hostel was closed during the pandemic and the administration wanted to renovate it so couldn't get the chance to opt hostel. The library is full of books and journals never need to buy books from the market. Hindu is known for its the best sports team in whole Delhi University so there's no doubt about it also extracurricular activities were decent.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
