- College garden was very beautiful. And the basketball court was very good.
- Teachers of the college Is very student friendly and helpful.
- Office staffs of the college is very polite and helpful.
Dislikes
- Canteen was very bad the quality of the food was worst and most of the time canteen is closed.
- The washroom and bathroom quality was worst i have ever seen. Unhygienic bathroom are available in this college.
- Library condition is so poor the quality of the books is poor and old syllabus books are available.
- Laboratory condition is not good. The computers are old and the AC. Doesn't work properly.
Remarks :
Bengal Institute of polytechnic college is good because the surroundings of the college are good and airy and the garden is very beautiful. The bad aspect is the college is there is no placement in this college. The laboratory is poor and the canteen is the worst and mainly the washroom and toilet are worst. If you want to be admitted to this college take the JEXPO exam and after that during the counseling process choose this college for admission there is also direct admission via management quota available. I was admitted to this college via management quota so I didn't prepare anything.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I'm a big fan of computers. From childhood I liked computers so I chose this course. The minimum qualification of the faculty is B.tech but there are also M.tech teachers available. The teaching method is pen and paper mode but in my time during lockdown, online teaching was conducted via Google Meet, Zoom Meet, etc. The course is a semester-wise exam which means every 5 months exam happens. The difficulty level is moderate. If you study then you will definitely pass. The fee hike policy is during admission you need to pay? 16000 and every semester you need to pay? 12000. There are student credit cards and scholarships are available.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I don't opt and internships as the college named Bengal Institute of Polytechnic has no companies which can offer us internships. The college doesn't involve us in any projects. If you want to study un this college then ok but if you want to do internships then this college is not for you.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement at Bengal Institute of Polytechnic was a minimum of 65% marks in academics and no back in any subjects. There are no visits from recruiters and no offers made from companies. Sometimes one company came to college which offered 1 lakh per annum. Only 1% of students get placed. I plan to study hard and then be admitted to the B.TECH course. Because the college doesn't provide and. Placements.
Campus Life :
In my college Bengal Institute of Polytechnic, there are no festivals organized by the college. In the library course, course-related books are available but they are very old books and some of the books are out of the syllabus. College conducts yearly sports. Volleyball, bat Minton, carrom, 100mt run,200 mt run conducted during sports. There are no extracurricular activities in this college. There are no social groups, clubs, or websites for students run by themselves. There is a hostel facility available in our college. The food quality is below average. The menu was in a week you get 1 day of fish, 1 day of chicken, 2 days egg, and the rest of the days sabji and vat. The enrollment process for a hostel is simple just fill out the form from the admission cell and pay the advance hostel charges.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
