- Infrastructure seems nice. Cuz it has a nice swimming pool and nice building.
- Faculty is friendly most of the times which is another thing I like
Dislikes
- I dislike the campus placement because it is very low
- I dislike the campus life as I am a day scholar and I feel bored in college when I am free and I can't imagine how hostelers live daily in college
Remarks :
Direct admission there is no such interview for admission. I took admission because the faculty was cooperative and the study environment was nice.it is a okay okay college if nearby then u can come otherwise you can check other colleges for better options. It doesn't have nice campus placement and according to me it gives a very low package so I recommend that u to be aware of the placement factor
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are a lot of scholarships. Most of the faculty is nice. The faculty u most of the times but there is a problem that the university our college is affiliated with gives Mass supply for no reason in egd and some other subjects even if you use revaluation only few students get passed.
Placement Experience :
As much as I have heard the campus placement is very low and I have seen 2-3 years ago placement and it was only a 1.5 lpa average which is very low according to me and it should be increased to at least 6-7 lpa avg package at least
Campus Life :
The social life is almost null. There are groups but they aren't usually working for eg our cricket team was selected for inter University match but our principal cancelled for the team to go. I have friends in the hostel and they say that the food is bad and they get a lot of fines for small things. Some girls complain that the timing for the last day of the hostel is poor as the timing is 9 to 5.30 meanwhile most colleges have a time of 9 to 9 a there is no place to visit in college for free time.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
