Remarks :
Well, the college is located in Punjab which has a very rich heritage and culture. The campus is very big 250 acr. The admission is done based on Jee percentile and Board exam marks. There is a Punjab quota for Punjab students which is bad because they get the admission in low percentile. The weather is not so good too
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are different fees for different Branches. The fee for my branch is 24 lakhs. But it's worth it. The teaching level is very good all professors are PhD graduates and they are mostly from IIT or bits. The difficulty level of the exam was moderate.
Campus Life :
There are many good fests conducted in our college. First is Saturnalia and Second is TFF. Both of them are very good. There are more than 50 clubs and societies in our college. There are 12 hostels in our college 3 for girls and the rest for boys which are very good and the food is also good.

In 2026 Accenture selected 200 students The highest package is around ?22–25 LPA, while the average is approximately ?5–8 LPA. Around 35–40% of students get placed. if you are above 6.0 cgpa and no reappears and backlogs your are eligible for 70 % of companies. recently TCS,AMAZON,COGNIZANT also came for placement highest is 51LPA,6LPA avg. 80% of each batch is placed.

To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.

Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.
