- I like the teaching methods of the college.

- There is no more things to dislike but the toilet for the boys is so dirty. The authority should be clean the toilet properly.
Remarks :
There are no written tests for admission. I chose this college because the college is very near to my home. Another reason is that I heard from my seniors that in this college the professor teaches the students so well.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I love this subject so much. I want to learn more about this subject. After securing good marks in 12th I choose to study this subject. If anyone wants to be admitted to this college they should opt for atleast 50%number in 12th. There are semester-type exams in the college. We have a 2-semester exam in a year. Exams are not so hard but if anyone does not studies properly they should face lots of problems. There are so many scholarships for students like the Swami Vivekananda scholarship, Oasis scholarship, kanyashree etc. The professor of our college teaches so well. Although this is a government-funded college we have to pay 5000 rs per semester for exam fees tuition fees admission fees etc
Campus Life :
There are lots of festiv held in our college every year. Fest like Holi, Saraswati Puja, freshers party, and many more. There are no clubs for students. In the college library, there are so many books that helps us with our studies. There are also hostel facilities. Although I didn't stay in a hostel I heard from my friends that the quality of the food is ok type. But it is affordable for everyone. There is a big playground in our college. Sports like cricket, football, volleyball, badminton etc are available.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
