- The political affiliation of the TMCP, Though they are supportive but I personally hate, Trinamool Student Union
- Our college has not a big ground, it is necessary for sports
Remarks :
There are not any specific Interviews or Admission tests for enrolling students, Students get chances by scoring marks above 70% in which course they want to do a Major (Honours) Course. I chose this college because the College is well maintained, though the college premises are small, but, it provides all the necessary facilities for students, From a smart classroom to a library, Water Purifier to a Gym. All the teachers responsibly taught us, What attracted me the most to join the college was its regular maintenance.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose the college just because of its great faculty members, All the teachers in my Department are very good, Specially our Department's HOD Dr. Iftikhar Alam Sir, who is on the Selection Committee of the West Bengal Civil Service Exam, He is also the member of IQAC, Honestly speaking near my home there is also Ranaghat college, but the college is too much indiscipline and unorganized, though our college is, well organized and very strict for its regularity maintenance. My college gave me a reasonable price for my course, though, there is also Kalyani Mahavidyalaya offering the same course at a lower price segment. Students can enroll, themselves for Swami Vivekananda Means Cum Merit Scholarship, Also Aiykashree Scholarship, Kanyanshree for female students, and many other Non-Government Scholarship
Internships Opportunities :
No, I don't have opted for any type of internship till now, But in 2nd Semester there will be a Summer internship for students. However, UGC is trying to collaborate with many other institutions for this internship, For now, it's still unclear
Placement Experience :
As this year, a Four-year Graduation Program has been implemented I don't know very much about Placements, Although most of my friends and also I will try to take Givt Jobs exams after finishing the Course, or I will go for Higher Education like an M.A. and P.Hd
Campus Life :
In our college, they organize College Social Fest, Students Week, Durga Puja festival, and many other programs, There is the National Cadet Corps, Also National Service Scheme, As I am an NSS Volunteer, We went to 7 days Camp in an unknown village, and also participated in many other Social and Cultural programs, We often organize Blood Donation camp with the permission of our respected principal mam, There is also a library, Most of the required books are available here, In case of not available, The Officer in Charge or the Librarian always tries to bring us the books anyhow. very supportive gestures are these.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
