Ans. The GCOEA Training and Placement (T&P) cell prepares students through workshops, seminars, and mock interviews. Training covers resume writing, communication, and technical skills, while faculty members and student coordinators support the process. The cell also conducts pre-placement talks with companies such as TCS, Wipro, and L&T and provides internships for practical experience. During 2023-24, 212 UG students were placed.

Ques. Who can take part in GCOEA on-campus placements?

Ans. Students must satisfy the rules set by the Training and Placement cell. They should be in the final year of a B.Tech or M.Tech programme, register with the T&P cell, and attend placement training. Candidates must not have any active backlogs, which are subjects they have not passed. A minimum CGPA is also required, often 6.0 or above, depending on the company.
