Personal Review of Manipur University

What I Liked

Friendly and Qualified Teachers making the class not too overwhelming
Library and wifi accessible when I'm in need of study materials
Infrastructures such as courts and gym for the university students
Multiple canteens and Cafes open and available most time of the day

What I didn’t like

In some parts of the campus, wifi is poor.
Sometimes long class days from 9.30am to 4pm

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for Masters in Botany as I wanted to study the biodiversity of plants in Manipur in areas where there are of little records. Additional advantage as Manipur University is in Manipur itself where i want to do my research on.

Remarks:

The main factor that made me choose this university was that it was close to my place and the feeling of home that it gave. Apart from this the university is filled with a diverse group of students therefore it didn't make me feel out of place. For me to be admitted here I had to clear the Cuet PG exam

College review

What I Liked

I like the library the most and big function room .
the playground and the small garden where we can play and have some leisurely time.

What I didn’t like

There are some places where it's a little old not all of the infrastructure but some .
So if we have new renovation and decoration it would be nice

Placement Experience:

After completing the course I would like to try to become a teacher so I want to further study and get many knowledge so I can share to others .And I want to become a nice teacher that are loved by the students and give them the best knowledge I have gotten.

Remarks:

I went to college and on the other sides I also prepared for another competitive exams so this college was near my house ,it's easier for me to went by so I think this college was my best choice and I choose it . Yes ,I face group discussion for the admission process. My college teacher and our faculty mates are very nice to be friends with,it was nice with new friends and all. But new environments and others new things in the college was a little hard to cope up with it. I get marks in the 12th standard that get me to direct admission so I went only to a counselling session where the teachers introduced the college and how we should we do in the college.

University Tour and Review

What I Liked

Infrastructure is not bad . It's naturally quite and dramatic scenario. You will get peace of mind and concentrate in your study.
Every things that you require for your study will be available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculties member are also quite experienced and honourable teachers, they will guide you at every corner of your study, even in the midnight they will guide you. Every chapter or topic over there will be surely test and after that you will be participate in semester exam.

Remarks:

If your higher secondary mark is low then you should take entrance exam is compulsory. The Level of entrance exam is not quite difficult. It's very easy, I think if you try you will surely pass. In this campus, sports is compulsory and others entertainment programs also.

COLLEGE LIFE

What I Liked

The college life were the most memorable part of my life. I have learnt a lot of things from this college.
I have met a lot of friends. The seniors and junior of the college were friendly. We talk and share our opinions to each other. Clubs like Eco club, Aura club as well as Drama club were also formed.

What I didn’t like

The infrastructure of the college were quite bad.
The class were too small. To be honest, the ratio of the student is more than the size of the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm an Arts student and I love learning more about Political issues, their advantage and disadvantages, Political affairs and more. So I choose Political Science as my Honors paper. The faculties of the college were good. Scholarships for students were also provided. And well the fee structure of the college was quite affordable.

Remarks:

The college was quite good. Well, experienced and known professors were there. Since it is a government college, the fee structure was quite affordable to us. The atmosphere of the college was quite and peaceful. Overall, it was fun graduating from this college.

My first semester in college

Placement Experience:

There is no such kind of internship or placement by the college. Job opportunities are not provided by the college. So it's just the education given by the college. Once you finish your course you leave the college that it.

Remarks:

This was the only popular private college in the city. An interview was done to get admission to the college. There were no entrance tests conducted. I like the college's campus the most. There was an admission form which can be obtained by paying 100.

What I Liked

i like the Infrastructure, Opportunities, Social life and diversity of students.
i like the behaviour and teaching style of teachers.

What I didn’t like

i don't like about the distance from my home town it is more than 2000 kms.
being a veg I don't like the food because mostly they provide non veg food but they have alternative for that

Placement Experience:

There is no placement actually but there is an internship at the 4th semester of the B.Ed course. It is 4 4-month internship available in which we have to go to a school and teach students as per the curriculum.

Remarks:

This is a Central University and since B.Ed is a professional course it has high value to graduate from here. I appeared CUET PG entrance exam in 2022 to get admission here and the cut-off was around 120 marks in CUET. The admission process was both online and offline very convenient.

I like my college very much. It is very coordinate with us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i like to study science . There are so many students . Teaching method are very good to student. They have done online class also. There are 6 semesters. In 1 year , there are 2 semesters exam . It is not difficult to pass the exam if we study very hard.

Remarks:

It is very Good College. Admission should done written test and selected the student. This college is very good in education . Teaching system are also very good . There are so many Blog in this college.
