The candidates must have a

• BE/ BTech with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ PwD category) in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution Or BSc/ Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning/ MSc/ MCA/ MBBS/ MPharm/ BPharm/ BDS/ or any other degree recognized equivalent to BE/ BTech with at least 60% aggregate

• Selection: Entrance Exam (GATE) score + COAP Counselling/ Interview

Total Fees for Sponsored (all category) / External ** – Rs 64,965

Total fees for External ** – Rs 61,965 (part-time registration)

Total fees for Project Fellow – Rs 29,965 (part-time registration)

Total fees for internal Permanent Faculty/staff of IIT (BHU – Rs 11,900 (part-time registration)

All regular SC / ST / PD students are exempted from the tuition fees and hostel seat rent

• For regular MTech / MPharm students, the Tuition fee is Rs 10000 (waiver of Rs 35000) 
• No tuition fee waiver for sponsored (SC/ST/PD) and External Students
• **Students who return back to their parent institution/organization after completing the course work. 

These students will pay the fees below:-

Tuition fee – Rs 5000 + Examination fee – Rs 500 + Registration / Enrolment fee – Rs 200 – Total Rs 5700

Fees for Foreign Students (at the time of admission):-

• For SAARC Countries – US $ 2500 + Rs 64,965 
• For other countries – US $ 3500 + Rs 51,350
