i wanted this course that's why i choose it. it is my dream course. talking about the faculty , all are well trained and fully knowledgeable. their way of teaching is also amazing. they teaches through ppts, white board, black bord, discussions, quizzes and tests too. exams are also easy . whatever taught in class , something similar comes in exams also. there are two exams in one sem which are mid sem and end sem exams.

i choose this course for its strong career scope and problem solving focus. the curriculum is balanced with theory and practicals. most faculty have phds and teach through interactive lectures. exams are held on time and are moderately difficult, testing conceptual understanding.

The quality of teaching is at par with other international institutes. We have dedicated smart classrooms for lectures and tutorials(doubt clearing sessions) in lecture hall complexes apart from labs equipped with state of the art labs. The course curriculum is aligned with other IITs. However there is a limited availability in the optional subjects that one can take apart from the compulsory courses. The exams are conducted timely and very strictly and there is never a scope for any kind of malpractices in it. However, many other lecture halls are still under construction which are set to be completed in the upcoming few years.

I chose this course to be eligible for both Core and Non-Core Jobs. Electrical engineering is a decent branch, but yes, it offers hectic courses, which are more difficult than other engineering courses. Professors are nice, some exceptions are always there. The exam times are the only time when you see no activity in the campus other than people grinding their course 24x7.

Faculty are highly qualified and experts in their feilds. They also have numerous research publications and patents to their name. We students also have the oportunity to collaborate with them to learn about the research field

The faculty are highly qualified with years of teaching and research experience. They are very approachable and have numerous research opportunities in which you can contribute even as a bachelors student.

There are different engineering streams like Computer science, Electrical, Electronics And Communication, Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy. BSc/BEd (integrated 4 year) have subjects including Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Economics. MSc streams differ from Basic science (physics, chemistry, maths), Climate Science, etc. We have a department for Humanities and Social Sciences. IIT faculty members dedicate several hours aimed at improving the efficacy of teaching -learning. They do researches and projects along with Phd and Mtech scholars.

I choos this civil course because of I have interest on civil engineering thats the only main reason I choose that course teaching method was so nice for every semester there are two exams they are mid and end semester

I chose this course because I didn't get any other better IIT and also I got civil branch in other I got chemical and metallurgy so I didn't take it. And I got IIIT jabalpur also but anyways IIT is always IIT

I would have gone for IIT Hyderabad electrical engineering. But I wanted computer science. So in my rank this was the best college i had. So I opted for this curriculum. Exam are twice every sem. A mid and a end sem. Similarly lab exams are also twice a semester. The teaching is very good. Personal doubts are clarified. exams are not much difficult.
