Let me tell you some important points to grab the internships in the 1st year itself barely mid of 1st year: Be consistent. Keep learning at least 2 hrs daily.(its not difficult , even though if you are of any type.) Take challenges. I have completed my full stack development internship in 1st year of my BTech from a shudh Tier 3 college, it was for a NGO the project is a research website built using Django & Python and of-course the basic stack (HTML, CSS, JS). Though it was really hard to get a internship in the mid of 1st year as many companies asks to about DS/ALGO questions in interview. But, i focused only on the development part till the time. Many startups or companies don’t usually hire 1st or 2nd years students that too for a paid internship but , if you don’t give up then, changes are higher.

Most of our seniors get into good companies with a high package of salaries and the average is 4.5 lakhs per annum Department CSE seniors got placed in many upgrowing companies with high package of salaries. Our college placement team has brought meaningful companies and trained a student so will to get placed . Many placement trainings has been given for a students from the first year. Both communication aptitude and technical papers or train and many mock interviews or conducted by our placement cell members.
