I got admission in this college by wbjee rank . There was no interview rounds , just a document verification round at the time of counselling. I chose this college because it has very low fees , cuz it's a state government college , and it's located right beside the Ganges so the location and view is really beautiful. Along with that it has 100% placements every year for TT and APM branches .

Gave WBJEE in 2020 and got selected after getting a rank of around 5000 in Textile Technology department. It is one of the oldest colleges in India founded in 1908 and thus one of the oldest engineering stream.

I choose this college because it was near Kolkata and I got admission through defence quota in this college and i didn't had other options... Usually students get admission in this college through WBJEE and only west begal domicile can get into it. This college is century old, established in 1908 as college of textile technology, now over the century it has converted into an engineering college

The textile and apm branch is the main highlight of this college, the teachers are very good and well behaviour befriend, I have not face any group discussion, interview and written test till now. But this college has many scope rather than cse it branch

To gain admission to this college, you need to pass the WBJEE exam with good marks. Each year, the cut-off for general candidates is around 7k-8k. After finishing 12th grade, I gave the WBJEE and achieved a 11k rank in the SC quota, which allowed me to get into this college despite my high rank.
