Ramdeobaba University MCA Eligibility Criteria

For MCA admission, students are treated as eligible only after fulfilling these requirements:

• The student must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% marks from a UGC or AIU recognized university. A relaxation of 5% is available for backward classes and persons with disability.

How to Apply for RBU?

Students applying for B.E., M.Tech, MBA, or MCA can take admission through CAP. The centralized admission process follows these steps:

• The State CET Cell releases the notification and publishes the information brochure.
• Students complete online registration on the CET Cell website.
• Documents are verified and confirmed at the facilitation Centre (FC).
• The State CET Cell declares the merit list.
• The student fills the option form for CAP round I.
• Seat allotment and admission are given to the student.
• The student chooses Freeze, Float, or Slide.
• Freeze candidates report to the admission reporting center (ARC), while Float or Slide candidates fill the option form for the next CAP round.
• The student reports to the allotted institute with the required admission fees and official documents.

Note: Under the CAP Quota, 29% of the sanctioned intake is filled through CAP, and under the Minority Quota, 51% of the sanctioned intake is filled through CAP. The Institute level admission quota is 20% of the sanctioned intake and is filled through the Institute level Admission Process.
