Exams are difficult compared to VTU curriculum. Teaching is done through slides. Self study is strongly adviced. Faculty are knowledgeable but since the course is packed with content, thorough explanation is not possible.

Placements are good with 75% placement rate.Every year multiple companies come to campus for placements and based on ur cgpa there is a cut off around 8.5 for tier 1 7.5 for tier 2 salaries and so on.

The placement opportunities are extremely high for both average and merit students . Many top companies are coming and visiting this campus and many students are getting placed every year nearly 1000 out of 1500

Palcements are very good in this college the median package is around 10 lpa and the and the placements cell is good in the college if you have a gpa of above 7.5 the you will get definitely in som company

Main eligibility criteria for placement is your CGPA. It has to be above 7 for you to be eligible to appear for placements. For the last batch around 200 different companies showed up like Apple, Azzure etc Highest package last batch was around 23 LPA and average is around 5 LPA Percentage of students getting placed is close to around 63% My main plans after degree are to maybe get a little bit of work experience before pursuing my masters.

Pretty good actually, ull still have to perform well in college which is probably anything above 8gpa , but for those above average and in that category, it should be a breeze , ull have food placement options (I'm talking about cs and aiml) (don't join ec atleast in pes ull not get placed), u can expect anything from 8-20 lakhs per annum and also go for masters for a boost , alot of intership opportunities aswell. Companies such as apple, hp , dell ,Intel have come to our campus . I have a senior who got into apple like this year itself

no placement for mechanical engineering, other branches have the opportuinties, eligibilty cirtiera was min 75% for any vistied company, few recruiters was quest global, bosch, google , i did not placed in any company , my ambition was doing M.tech so i joined for further studies.

Once again pes college is famous for its placements we have the best placements in Bangalore and last time highest package was 51 LPA a guy from CSE got into Zomato with a package of 51 lpa i guess it's a pretty lot package

To sit for placement the students cgpa should be above 6.75. the placement here are extremely good. Last year even though there was recession the highest package of 52 Lpa was offered and the avg was around 14 L. All the top companies come here for placement including apple, samsung, texax instrument phonepay ect... The highest package from pes was 1.2 cr usually the avg is around 17 lpa. Last year the placement percent was 83. After degree my plan is to get a good placement and I hope my collage can help me with that.

There are a lot of opportunities for placement but at the end of the day, it all depends on your skills. You have to have a min cgpa of 7 to sit for placements and a minimum of 8 for tier 1 jobs. There's even a preplacement training.
