- I like everything about my college infrastructure is good , faculties are supportive and teach well , campus life is very wonderful .
Dislikes
- The only thing i dislike is computer labs they are using old computers and dont upgradeing it to latest processor and ram .
Remarks :
I gave wbjee exam and according to my rank and my prefernces i choosed this college. And you can give jee main also . You can also book your seat by direct admission process for this you have to contact college from www.bbit.edu.in website . Overall college is good . good environment , ragging free , library is quite big and good . only problem is in core brances their performance is low . But other branches are doing well in placements . and a little problem is about hostel . its food quality is not that much good . You will get friendly teachers and mentors no problem . Last tip as a Engineer student : " " " "Nothing really matters if you study by yourself "
Course Curriculum Overview :
In my college computer science engineering placements are quite good in tech companies . Most of the professors are btech, mtech and some of them are phd professors. You can understand their lectures cause they teach in hinglish language . Term exams are easy if you study a little bit . When i was admitted in college the fee structure was 384000 . and it is still the same . If you belong from west bengal then you can apply for svmcm and other scholarships.
Internships Opportunities :
No i havent opted any internship till now .cause i am in 3rd semister i will do internships from 4th sem . from my seniors i heard that you will get many opportunities but according to your interest in field you can choose your internship . dont do paid internships they are mostly fake .
Placement Experience :
If you are in cse , it , ece branch then placements are very good . but if you are in core branches then you have to study well . Many tech companies visit each year and many students placed each year . In 2023 highest package was 9.5lpa. And average was 3 lpa Around 75% of students placed last year . I will do mtech after completing btech .
Campus Life :
Our college organise one of the biggest fest in kolkata . you can search on web or youtube about Magnus . and see details . Most of the semister books are available in library . All types of sports you can play in campus cricket ,football ,basketball. Yes you can join coders club and management club . Food quality of the hostel is not that good but you can eat from canteen . You have to book a seat in hostel also if you are willing to stay . around 5k per month including food . and beside that you can also stay in mess . there are many rooms available in the locality .

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.
Review of my collage
Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
