Good Aspects: Fee structure is quite good and affordable. This is a good college to study Commerce, IGNOU department is here also; the students of college are well mannered and supports each other in every situation. The College also has placement campaigns for final year students. Bad aspects: The faculity members do not take classes regularly and put less efforts in teaching and mentoring. The course curriculum will somewhat benefit in personal and professional development but still it doesn't engage students more. I have just applied for that college only and not any other college and i received admission in it. I chose this college because of nearness. The admission process is quite easy. You should firstly apply online for the admission in the course you have to opt. Then according to the merit of marks obtained in CUET exams, the course is allotted from the courses preferred by you. Minimum 12th class passed out student is eligibility for admission.
I choose this course because it is quite flexible, intresting and i wanna pursue my career in it as it is under my area of interest. The Faculty members are well qualified. Most of them have done Phd. in their respective subjects. And every Faculty member has done B.Ed. The faculity-to-student ratio is 1:100 for every student there is 1 teacher. The faculty is approachable easily but there's a lack of relationship with them. Mrs.Shivi Mehra, Mrs.Anupama and Mr.Shabir Ahmed sir are good and even teach with interest. Some professors like Mrs.seema, Mrs.Atiya noor seems less interested in teaching and should improve themselves in teaching terms. Under UGC, there are 2 exams in each semester. One is minor exam and the other is major exam. The difficulty level of exam is easy to moderate. The curriculum of course is good and as per the latest guidelines.
The fee structure is quite affordable. For B.A course it is around Rs.10,000 an year. There's some relaxation in fee for reserved categories like SC, ST, Single girl child etc. Apart from fee, there's no extra charge or turion fee. The college also offers scholarships to students from low-income groups, RBA, frontier students, and students with disabilities. In addition to scholarships, the college provides financial assistance from the Mutual Benefit Fund, which is funded by the state government and UGC funds.
Annual festivals and cultural awareness programs are held regularly. In library every book is available to you related to your curriculum and even for extracurricular activities. Smart classrooms for last year students are also there to learn more better. Once can even go for sports activities and also participate in extracurricular activities like NCC. Regular inter college sports competition are held. There's no student-run social groups, clubs or websites are there.
For placement University conducted job fair for the students where Banks, Private sector industries HR's also visited to take interview and thoroughly conducted the interview and make selection of the deserving students.
Placements in our college are average only, not very high but not zero also. Few companies come every year for campus recruitment, like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some local construction firms. They mostly offer roles like junior engineer, site supervisor or trainee. Highest package was around 8 LPA for IT profile, average goes between 3-4 LPA. Almost 50-60% students get placed from campus, rest students go for off campus or higher studies. Eligibility for placement is you need minimum 6.5 CGPA and no active backlogs, also they check communication skills in interviews. No big mass recruiters like in IITs, but still some opportunities are there if you prepare well. If not getting placed through campus, I plan to try off campus drives and also thinking to prepare for govt exams or maybe do M.Tech. College do conduct some training sessions and mock interviews but main thing depends on self preparation.
Here almost 95% students got placed.average salary is around 6-7 lpa.Companies like wipro, infuses, bhel visited here.my plan after degree is to do mtech from iits. Highest package is around 45 lakhs (off campus). On campus it is around 25 lpa.
I am always moved by my college’s course curriculum which is multicultural and gives students a wide range of choices. The courses are demanding but the lecturers are always ready to provide support and counsel. It is affordable to all through scholarships and fair fees.
Eligibility criteria for placement depends on the company, majorly all companies asks for minimum CGPA of 7 or 7.5. Some past major companies which comes for recruitment are amazon, sprinklr, paytm, nvidia, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, maruti suzuki etc. According to 2023 data, highest package offered was 53 LPA, average package offered was 18 LPA, minimum package was 5 LPA. Percentage of students get placed in 2023 is 85%. My plans after getting the degree is to either works on corporate or to prepare for UPSC.
quality of teaching is crucial, instructor give their best in the class and class strength is divides in two section according their enrollment number.i think fees is affordable and fees waiver for different category.
The eligibility criteria for the placements of jobs was 65% in the grade card if graduation. The recruitment process was followed by a job examination and job interview. Cipla, SKIMS were some of the recruiters that visited the university and offered almost 15 jobs. The average package offered by the recruiters was 40-70 thousands per month. And the highest package offered by the recruiters was 1.1 Lakh per month. In this recruitment process almost 40% students got placements. I got a private job in a private pharmacy company. Now, I have chosen this job as my carrier after getting the degree.
Decent placement is seen here.Students get placed from semester 7 .TCs,Adobe etc companies comes here to give opportunities for students.Highest package of last year from chemical branch is 13 lakh and median is 7.5 lakh.
There were no job or placement opportunities available and it didn’t bothered the college. The main aim of the students as well included to just pass the degree and get out of there. Faculties also discouraged about the job market scenario outside the college which alleviated the trouble.
Previously there was 100% on campus placement in university but now it's only somewhat 70%. Companies come for placement also they select students but most of time it sells based company not a product based company also they offer quit low packages. Most of students try off Campus Placement where they get some good offers. Average package is about 5-7 lakh
