- The classrooms are well equipped with smart boards and speakers and the labs are equipped with advance technology instruments.
- The faculty is well qualified and are very kind and helpful.

- No annual events or fests are organised by the university
- The campus is to small compared to other university campuses
Remarks :
The good aspect of my college is that the teachers are very helpful and highly qualified and the bad aspect is that the college campus is not very big. The process for taking admission in this college is to register for the college through the college website and upload the required documents. Then a rank list is released by the college based on the marks obtained in the 12th class and students are informed to attend the counselling where they are offered the course to the students and the students are required to pay the required amount to confirm their admission. However , For PG courses, students are required to undergo CUET test
Course Curriculum Overview :
I selected this course because it is a five year course because there is no need to undergo cuet test for PG and we are offered internship in the last semester. The professors are highly qualified and intelligent. They are PHD holders and are very helpful. There are 2 minor exams of 20 marks each and 1 major exam of 60 marks per semester in the last two years of the program. During first 3 years, 1 minor exams of 20 marks and 1 major exam of 80 marks are conducted per semester.
Internships Opportunities :
The Internship is provided in he last semester and I am currently in 8th semester and as per my knowledge the internship is provided by the CSIR IIIM Jammu. But I don’t have any knowledge about the internship.
Placement Experience :
No such great campus placements are provided. However, some small placements are provided and the minimum qulification for the placement is Masters in the required course. The average package is around 50000 and around 10 students can make up to the placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The overall course fees Is Rs 20170 and the registration fees was Rs 250. I don’t know the exact tution and lab fees. My some classmates with categories have fees Rs 1000 less than the classmates without categories.
Campus Life :
Unfortunately, no events or fests are organised in the university. The library is equipped with all the books and journals and the classrooms are equipped with digital smart boards and speakers for better sound quality and occasional sports events are organised.

Placement Experience :
Placements in our college are average only, not very high but not zero also. Few companies come every year for campus recruitment, like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some local construction firms. They mostly offer roles like junior engineer, site supervisor or trainee. Highest package was around 8 LPA for IT profile, average goes between 3-4 LPA. Almost 50-60% students get placed from campus, rest students go for off campus or higher studies. Eligibility for placement is you need minimum 6.5 CGPA and no active backlogs, also they check communication skills in interviews. No big mass recruiters like in IITs, but still some opportunities are there if you prepare well. If not getting placed through campus, I plan to try off campus drives and also thinking to prepare for govt exams or maybe do M.Tech. College do conduct some training sessions and mock interviews but main thing depends on self preparation.

Here almost 95% students got placed.average salary is around 6-7 lpa.Companies like wipro,infuses,bhel visited here.my plan after degree is to do mtech from iits. Highest package is around 45 lakhs (off campus). On campus it is around 25 lpa.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I am always moved by my college’s course curriculum which is multicultural and gives students a wide range of choices. The courses are demanding but the lecturers are always ready to provide support and counsel. It is affordable to all through scholarships and fair fees.
Placement and college life at IIT Jammu
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement depends on the company, majorly all companies asks for minimum CGPA of 7 or 7.5. Some past major companies which comes for recruitment are amazon, sprinklr, paytm, nvidia, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, maruti suzuki etc. According to 2023 data, highest package offered was 53 LPA, average package offered was 18 LPA, minimum package was 5 LPA. Percentage of students get placed in 2023 is 85%. My plans after getting the degree is to either works on corporate or to prepare for UPSC.

quality of teaching is crucial, instructor give their best in the class and class strength is divides in two section according their enrollment number.i think fees is affordable and fees waiver for different category.
My University Life In The University of Kashmir.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placements of jobs was 65% in the grade card if graduation. The recruitment process was followed by a job examination and job interview. Cipla, SKIMS were some of the recruiters that visited the university and offered almost 15 jobs. The average package offered by the recruiters was 40-70 thousands per month. And the highest package offered by the recruiters was 1.1 Lakh per month. In this recruitment process almost 40% students got placements. I got a private job in a private pharmacy company. Now, I have chosen this job as my carrier after getting the degree.

Placement Experience :
There were no job or placement opportunities available and it didn’t bothered the college. The main aim of the students as well included to just pass the degree and get out of there. Faculties also discouraged about the job market scenario outside the college which alleviated the trouble.

Previously there was 100% on campus placement in university but now it's only somewhat 70%. Companies come for placement also they select students but most of time it sells based company not a product based company also they offer quit low packages. Most of students try off Campus Placement where they get some good offers. Average package is about 5-7 lakh
