Likes
- The behaviour of faculty is very good staff is also very helpful their teaching methods are very good in order to learn new things quickly they meet the students learning standards very effectively and making them understand things quickly
- Other thing I liked about the college is the campus the campus is quite big benches are there in parks for students to sit under in warm as well as cold temperatures so that a good social environment is established in college
Dislikes
- Canteen availability as there is only 1 or 2 canteen available in campus that are always run out of the items so that should be improved to provide meals to the students that come from distant areas
- Parking management is also a concern no camera are there in parking areas that also lead to mishaps of like helmet stealing even my own 2 helmets are stolen from that area
Remarks :
The admission was on the percentage criteria at the time I took the admission but now it’s through CUET a online or offline test is took by college in order to took admission in different courses and courses are alloted by merit
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is good staff is good faculty is best professional faculty is there lot of experience and their knowledge and their teaching methods has never made students to make complaints agaist them
Internships Opportunities :
I haven’t opted for internship because I was enrolled in a bachelor degree and it was not a technical degree so no internships were provided at that time for non technical degrees so the internship never took place
Placement Experience :
The jobs are there for students with technical degrees and even those students are not satisfied with the placement as no such big name companies comes to college for jobs placement hence students are not satisfied with placement
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee is per semester wise 11000-12000 and as I belong to SC category the fee was still the same the fee almost the same like every semester all things are covered in a single fee like library fee etc and yearly it goes around 25000
Campus Life :
Campus life is good social interaction are well students interact were well no raging or seniors things are done in college only con here is some unusual fights among different groups of students or outsiders but that too has now getting very minimal
Hostel Facilities :
No I didn’t opt for hostel as i was living with my cousins at their place but I have friends those have opted the hostel the procedure was simple just fill the forms and needy ones get the hostel that’s lives distant from college or from other states

Placement Experience :
Placements in our college are average only, not very high but not zero also. Few companies come every year for campus recruitment, like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some local construction firms. They mostly offer roles like junior engineer, site supervisor or trainee. Highest package was around 8 LPA for IT profile, average goes between 3-4 LPA. Almost 50-60% students get placed from campus, rest students go for off campus or higher studies. Eligibility for placement is you need minimum 6.5 CGPA and no active backlogs, also they check communication skills in interviews. No big mass recruiters like in IITs, but still some opportunities are there if you prepare well. If not getting placed through campus, I plan to try off campus drives and also thinking to prepare for govt exams or maybe do M.Tech. College do conduct some training sessions and mock interviews but main thing depends on self preparation.

Placement Experience :
Here almost 95% students got placed.average salary is around 6-7 lpa.Companies like wipro,infuses,bhel visited here.my plan after degree is to do mtech from iits. Highest package is around 45 lakhs (off campus). On campus it is around 25 lpa.

I am always moved by my college’s course curriculum which is multicultural and gives students a wide range of choices. The courses are demanding but the lecturers are always ready to provide support and counsel. It is affordable to all through scholarships and fair fees.
Placement and college life at IIT Jammu
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement depends on the company, majorly all companies asks for minimum CGPA of 7 or 7.5. Some past major companies which comes for recruitment are amazon, sprinklr, paytm, nvidia, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, maruti suzuki etc. According to 2023 data, highest package offered was 53 LPA, average package offered was 18 LPA, minimum package was 5 LPA. Percentage of students get placed in 2023 is 85%. My plans after getting the degree is to either works on corporate or to prepare for UPSC.

Course Curriculum Overview :
quality of teaching is crucial, instructor give their best in the class and class strength is divides in two section according their enrollment number.i think fees is affordable and fees waiver for different category.
My University Life In The University of Kashmir.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placements of jobs was 65% in the grade card if graduation. The recruitment process was followed by a job examination and job interview. Cipla, SKIMS were some of the recruiters that visited the university and offered almost 15 jobs. The average package offered by the recruiters was 40-70 thousands per month. And the highest package offered by the recruiters was 1.1 Lakh per month. In this recruitment process almost 40% students got placements. I got a private job in a private pharmacy company. Now, I have chosen this job as my carrier after getting the degree.

Decent placement is seen here.Students get placed from semester 7 .TCs,Adobe etc companies comes here to give opportunities for students.Highest package of last year from chemical branch is 13 lakh and median is 7.5 lakh.
Review of SSM college
Placement Experience :
There were no job or placement opportunities available and it didn’t bothered the college. The main aim of the students as well included to just pass the degree and get out of there. Faculties also discouraged about the job market scenario outside the college which alleviated the trouble.

Placement Experience :
Previously there was 100% on campus placement in university but now it's only somewhat 70%. Companies come for placement also they select students but most of time it sells based company not a product based company also they offer quit low packages. Most of students try off Campus Placement where they get some good offers. Average package is about 5-7 lakh
