- Campus is too small at nift Kolkata but it's not too bad at the same point
- Non availability of any hostel for boys

Did 1 year coaching for NIFT/NID/UCEED NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY being the best fashion college in India, was the reason I chose this college for my degree, admission process includes, registration then CAT&GAT exams for design students and only GAT for bftech students Then one more exam on passing first one conducted in nearby campuses for design students
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course was introduced to me in coaching but I didn't knew much about it after joining I got to know that it's the best course among all other ones. The faculties are qualified, over qualified in most cases, and some being the alumni of nift only
Internships Opportunities :
Recently completed my internship at Raymond's vapi, Gujarat. It was a nice experience overall for experiencing the corporate life and seeing how the industry works all the processes involved and quality at raymonds
Placement Experience :
NIFT is all about building connections and meeting as many people as possible, working on your skills and doing lots of internships, and by the year you passout you'll have enough contacts to get you a job if not through college, but the college recruitment process is also good, placements are more than 8-10lpa and about 80%

Year wise fee structure is around 3.5-4L and the Scholarship available are - merit-cum-means(scholarship application), udaan(scholarship application), sarthak(scholarship application) Full course fee is around 15-16L and increasing per year Tuition fee - 1,50,0000 Library fee - 10,000 Medication - 4,900 Exam fee - 4,900 Total fee for 5th sem bftech course - 1,69,800
Campus Life :
Social life at nift is amazing, get to know as much people as possible, interaction with seniors is very important at nift for building connections, nift people are really helpful so no need to worry. There are 4 clubs, cultural, social, literary and sports
Hostel Facilities :
No hostel for boys but there are hostel for girls Registration is done during admission process only. Hostel fee is around 1.8 - 2L per year which includes food, ac/non-ac room, and transport facilities

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
