Remarks :
i choose college by main reason is ROI of the this college and DRCC loan , and the college campus of the college are real good in comare with the other college in kolkata that are available . and the bad this that faculty are not that much good accordiing to me but the thing i can say few faculty are actually good. if you had appear in jee mains or Wbjee exam then you are eligible for the admission in college seat are available. there any kind of cutoff or interview.
Course Curriculum Overview :
if you are talking about course curriculum then that is based on the old that class laecture then class labs. all faculty are well qualified and average teaching experience . you have start study atleast 2 month before the examination to pass without any back.
Internships Opportunities :
college ids not provide any intership to student . student have to find intership by him self .else you will just spend money on for intership online compay . even 5 % student only get paid internship .
Placement Experience :
if you want in campus placement then you have to atleast 6.5 SGPA required . else you are not eligible to attend the campus placement. All the recruiters are mostly local startup company . average package is aprox 350000.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For the first year i have to pay 114650 , and for the 2nd year i hve to pay 85900, and for the third year i have to pay 89900, and for the fourth year i have to pay 93900. all the fees like tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees are inculded in the yearly fee. there no fee structure for ST/SC. fee is same for all the students
Campus Life :
There are two festivals organised by the college. The first is Magnus, and the second is Verve. These are mainly in February and April. Also, there is at least 1 or 2 events organised in a month. also some college sports events like football, cricket, and volleyball.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
