- After entering the college we see a very good well groomed and beautiful flowers there are well decorated and the paths made between them are pretty good.
- The college have a good sporting facility almost evey types of games are done here with proper equipments.
Dislikes
- The colleges parking is big but not as all other colleges it is little conjusted.
- The gym doesn't have enough equipments which are required for building up.
Remarks :
After passing out 12th boards one of brother told me to do B. Tech in Computer science engineering. When I went for admission one of the members of admission department conducted me he just ask about qualifications. College campus is very big. The best thing I like about NSHM Knowledge campus, Durgapur is that it has a well groomed and astonishing infrastructure.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As from the very beginning I was interested about programming so I choose this course. The faculty of this college are highly qualified. The time between each semesters are 6 months. The course for B. Tech is 500000.
Internships Opportunities :
For internships many companies comes such as Pinaccle, wipro etc. They provide good internship opportunities with a good stipend. They also make a team and gives projects on good topics. The college is good in placement records .
Placement Experience :
You have to keep atleast 8 CGPA for good placements opportunity CGPA is the main thing. Main reputed companies such as wipro, TCS, Tech mahindra and many others comes here. The highest package offered is 15 lakhs and the minimum package is 5-6 lakhs. Almost each year 70 ? of students got placed in a reputed company.
Campus Life :
Every year in college there is a fest happening which is known as Blitz. There as two libraries in NSHM Knowledge campus, Durgapur which has availability of different types of books on different topics. The college ground are quiet big. There are basketball court, Volleyball court, football ground, cricket ground, gym etc.

Student should not have any Backlog and Minimum 60% throughout academics , those who qualify this criteria they can be part of placement drive. Cognizant - 12 , TCS - 4, Bavistech - 8, Utah Tech Labs - 15. Highest - 9 LPA , Average - 3.5 LPA Around 30% student got placed. I got placed and after getting degree i will join that compnay.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Placements are for MSc batch only. Last year the highest package was 28LPA from Citi Bank, Gurgaon. Majorly hiring companies that come in FETSU for placements only come to maths dept in SFSU. Packages offered here are based on qualities. It decent.
