- The best place for me in my college that is our library room because it was a quite place to study and also getting helps from different writers of books
- Our college garden and common room is such a memorable place because I spent my beautiful memories there with my friends
Dislikes
- When I was in college on that time there was no lift facility was there so sometimes we have to go 5th floor by stair if we need to go to computer room but now they made it easy by building lift also
- Gym equipment was updated but having limited equipments due to very less usage of the students
Remarks :
Our college comes in top 5 commerce in Kolkata for commerce students so that's why I taken admission for this and for taking admission you have to score at least 85% in 12th board to comes in their merit list
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties of our college was quite good and also they provide extra classes whenever we face any doubts also they used to monitor every student for completion of their syllabus and help them to complete it
Placement Experience :
In the last year of graduation we have college campus interview program held For this teachers and other faculty members used to prepare us before 6 months of college placement and after preparation they help campus interview with reputed companies of Kolkata also we have some opportunities to go out of city also They gives us multiple chances to sit in college campus interview also helps us to get the job ready .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We have to pay our college fees quarterly basis including tuition fees 36000 cantees fees library fees annual program fees common games fees etc It is different for commerce students science students and arts students due to the change in tuition fees And it's increasing in every 5 yrs
Campus Life :
Infrastructure was quite good in our college we have a small garden in our college where we used to play Also we have a common room for playing games and hangout with friends also have a gym in our college to workout if we want Overall a good experience we had We have a large library where we find a no of options of books Every year we have a picnic also and we used to celebrate annual sports Saraswati Puja Teacher day in our college

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
