- My college has nice ambience. It has a lot of greenery. The infrastructure of college is very nice.

Dislikes
- Till now there is nothing I have found that dislike about my college.
- All aspects of my university are good and no such things to be disliked.
Remarks :
Yes I gave the entrance test for admission into courses offered in the Punjab agricultural University. I prepared for the exam through my coaching institute. Overall my college has very nice ambience. It has lots of lush greenery throughout the campus. Classrooms are well maintained and are air conditioned. Teachers are very supportive and teach really great. We are also taught carpentery and machinery work under the human resource development. We are often counselled by our teachers to remain focused and productive throughout our college life.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because its a vast field which is continuously evolving. This if a vast area of research and much of it is still not explored. So I look forward in improving the food quality of my nation and researching about organic farming and other methods to improve our food habits and its nutrition value. Most of our teachers are Msc or Phd graduates. Their teaching style is very good as we are able to grasp things really well and easily. We recently had our hourly semester exams and they were moderately difficult.
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not yet opted for internship. After completion of my course I will be looking at very placement opportunities offered by my college and look forward for internships in renowned institute and companies.
Placement Experience :
Yes our college offers placements after completion of the course. Recruiters like Verka and Nestle visit our campus for placements. Average placement package 3LPA. Mostly all the students get placements after their course.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fee for the first semester is 126000 After this the fee for every subsequent semester is 91785. One time charge at the time of admission is the university admission fee i.e. 23570. Every semester the fee is as follows College admission fee - 470 Tuition fee - 81740 Examination fee - 1520 University library fee - 1240 Book bank fund - 940 Student welfare fund -4395 College co curricular activities - 580 Students Aid fund - 290 Except this there is a refundable library and book bank security i.e. 10600.
Campus Life :
Our classrooms are air conditioned. They are well maintained and clean. The desks are in good condition. Library is 24 hour open. It has proper sitting arrangements for students studying even full night. It is also centrally air conditioned. We can borrow books from library for studying. We have extra curricular activities like NSS, NSO and NCC. Every student must choose one of these in their course time.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality in our hostel is the best. Everyday the have a different dishes prepared. We are given three meals a day. The food is nutritious and of good quality. Hostel fees is 10000 per semester. Mess charges are levied according to your food bill. Hostel rooms are well furnished. We are provided with beds and ceiling fans. Every room has bedding for three students. We are provided with three almirahs in each room. Each floor has 10 common washrooms. They are clean and well maintained.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
