- Has everyone knows that I am also one of the best college in Kolkata and it has a really good employeested the faculties are actually good every most of the faculty is having CST degree and some of the preparing for PhD it also prepares papers for government exams for those who want to apply for exam
- IEM conducts a lot of fest in which students participate and many celebrities also come to inaugurate the fest and to perform in the fest, student enjoy a lot
Dislikes
- It doesn't have a playground to play outdoor games.
- The college is too much strict ik that is important but this much strictness is too much
Remarks :
I have given an entrance test for taking admission in this college. The name of the test is CET AND it is mandatory to give that exam.. its a moderate level paper so it's not too hard to crack it and minimum 70% marks in hs is required to take admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because i want to do specialization in finance and sit for government job and do mba after. All the faculties are very helpful and most of the faculties have done phd in their own field.
Internships Opportunities :
No I'm in 1st year and i haven't applied for any internship still now... Internships will be given from 2nd year onwards so it is not possible to opt for an internship right now. But from 2nd year internships will be given.. some internships are given in 1st year
Placement Experience :
Like this is the main reason for which maximum students in Kolkata and from other states of India take admission in I am just because of its placement many companies like UI Amazon and others to come in this college for blessing for hiding student and it is one of the best college or placement in Kolkata.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I decided to do bba and i find out this college in google and the college is really good which mainly focuses on discipline and very strict which is essential for students career. It's a 4 year program and it costs 4.8lakhs total. The faculty member is very good
Campus Life :
IEM is the college which is very strict and full of discipline but thats not the end and it conducts many fests like Bengal e-summit , smf ans b-connect and other events also of different departments and there is a library in every building and that libraries are full of books and students can go and read book from there and every class has AC and many tournaments held in this college and there is economics club ,management club, drama club and others to and every people every student can take participate in that club.
Hostel Facilities :
As a Student of IEM I don't stay in hostel I stay in Kolkata as it is my hometown remaining of my classmates stay in hostel is actually good full of facilities and the environmentis also good and I don't have that much idea about the fees of the hostel

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
