Remarks :
I have given the jee advanced exam to be part of this college and this is one of nearest IIT from my my hometown. the mountain area is perfect for our college life full of adventures and peace as well. I prepare for my jee through allen kota.
Course Curriculum Overview :
the course curriculum is fine i would say as the courses are benefitial according to the placements. Academics in the second semester was a bit too much to handle as did the courses but the exam level was relatively easy as taught in the respective classes.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I haven't. the internship opportunities are same as placement as opportunities for CSE and DSE are more as compared to other branches for software department and that's obvious so many of the other branch people apply for their internship off campus.
Placement Experience :
placement and job opportunities were fine till 2021 the ratio of the placement has started declining since then. Google, Microsoft, Adobe visited here. more than 70 percent getting placed. my plan is to get a job from here and do that after my graduation.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees includes 100000 Rs. fees from general and OBC category but 0 fees from SC and STs per semester. hostel fees is 10000 to 20000 Rs. for everyone regardless of the category. mess charges is 10000 - 150000 Rs. for everyone regardless of the category. medical fees include 1000 - 5000 Rs. for everyone regardless of the category. other charges like examination fess includes 1000-3000 Rs, gymkhana fees 1000 - 2000 Rs.
Campus Life :
the life at the campus is amazing as we are surrounded with the beautiful mountains and far away from city life can enjoy the beauty of nature. facilities of books and journals is sufficient as per demand. sports facility is also sufficient we have enough courts and equipments for the sports.
Hostel Facilities :
food quality is good not perfect tho and it can never be perfect actually as made in such a large quantity. But the food as compared to other colleges is fine here. the food is available at quite reasonable price.

Placements are decent. Eligibility is typically at CGPA 6.0 or higher. Recruiters include TCS, Infosys ,Oracle, Wellsfargo etc.Highest package this year reached around 3 crores per annum as it was a foreign offer.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs

The placement opportunities are given by institute. There is a placement committee. A few visited recruiters are ICICI,HDFC, DE Shaw, Deloitte, EY, etc. the average package of IIM sirmaur ranges around 14-15 LPA. All students get placed and is supported by institute.
