- There are a large library with having 1.5lac of books.

- All classrooms don't have air conditioner.
- Lift is not available for all students to go to upper floors.
Remarks :
I choose this college for so many reasons. The infrastructure of this college is very good. To get admission in this college, you have to be appear in WBJEE or JEE-MAIN and have to score good. Then you have to appear in wbjee counselling.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this college because it has the best infrastructure and curriculum. All the teachers are highly educated and their teaching technique is very friendly. They do conversation in any any of 3 language, bengali hindi and english.
Internships Opportunities :
I am now in 1st year. So i didn't for any internship now. For 1st year students, they should learn about different languages for future placement and internship. Also you should explore yourself with the internal clubs.
Placement Experience :
Placement records of our college is much good. This year around 90% students are placed. Top recruit companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, Amazon etc visited and offered placement. This year highest package offered was 32LPA and average package offered was 4LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fees have to pay is 180000 per year including tuition fees, registration fees, admission fees, lab fees, and other compulsory charges during the course. Some govt. scholarships like SVMCM are available.
Campus Life :
Our campus life is very charming. We have a fest conducted in a year. We have a very large library with around 1.5lac hardcopy books and also have e-library where anyone can access foreign author's book and journals.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
