- I like the fest, canteen food, library and infrastructure of college
- I like the canteen food which are tasty and health but less hygienic, i like the position of the college wich make every one easy to travel because there is well connectivity to transports
Dislikes
- Most faculty in our college they just dont teach they just want to complete there syllabus. They tell if you have any doubt you can ask any time but when we ask or call they just feel irritate .
- Classrooms we dont have enough big class room to fit 72 students even if we come early in college we have to stand outside the classroom because various other class take place in the out classroom . In a class of 72 students we have only 6 fans no AC and 3 of the fan are useless or not working we have to take stairs for our classes which is at forth floor it is very exhausting to take stairs in summer specially
Remarks :
I choose this college because at that time i dont have much idea and it was close to my house also. A short interview take place which was just for formality there is no filtration of candidate . Addmission process was smooth as soon as I pay the course fer everything done smoothly. There were no exam no cutoff I don't need any preparation for this.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Let me say the truth. This college is not a institute it is a business hub where they hire low skill faculty at low cost those who keep quite in the campus . The faculty dont have intrest to teach they just want to finish there syllabus thats all. I choose this course because i have intrest in computers and technology and i didn't choose btech because i dont have math in class 12. Exam takes place very frequently .There is no difficulty at all because teacher allow student to cheat and allow to give exam at home. Even in the semester exam those student sit in one side the write there answer from phone which make a very bad.
Internships Opportunities :
No there were not a single opportunity for internship provided by college. Various virtual internship take place which are useless we just need to skip all the processes and we get a certificate which everyone get it very easily due to that it dont have any value
Placement Experience :
Placement and job opportunities are there but just for formality the salary the company provide that come are less then 20k per month. Highest package that got is 7lpa Lowest and mejority package all get is 3lpa Many student just get a placement just to show the placement rate by the college but no one do those jobes and even the student who got off campus placement those placement are also shown by the college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For Addmission i had to pay 50,000 after that: 1 year : 125000 (1st and 2nd semester fee) 1000*2(semester exam) 2000-4000(other registration process fee) 2 year: 75000(semester fee) 1000*2(semester exam) 3 year: 50000(5th and 6th semester fee) 1000*2(semester exam) And various other must expenses : For yoga certificate 400 Fresher and fairwell 500*2(fresher+fairwell)*3(year)= 3000 Various extra course provided by college 1000*2 in last year And personal expenses like travel and food cost (no idea)
Campus Life :
Our fest happen in the month of january name is "blitz" We have enough books but they were so unorganized that it took 20-30min to find a book. We had gym playground and basketball court but not in working condition the gym equipment all are broken they are very risky to use the playground are full of grass and murd make it hard to play. College have various clubs but most of them are useless. The college dont spend on good stuff like tech fest or learing any thing else they invest in party reel naking and all other nonsense things which dont help to build our career
Hostel Facilities :
I dont leave in hostel but i have idea and seen the rooms . very bad hostel in our campus factory worker stay , girls and boys have same hoatel . one day my friend had seen a snake in there room in the walls . the walls are broken

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
