- Infrastructure i like the most as i have mentioned its totally separated from other branches , which shows proper planning of the infrastructure
- And secondly the Faculties same the reason which i have mentioned above
Dislikes
- Canteen:very costly , only limited no. of dishes 4-5
- seminar hall needs improvement in the projectors sounds lights that are very old
Remarks :
First coming to the good points infrastructure : it its well and modernised and upto dated to the time and the bad aspects are canteen : costly as per middle class Seminar Hall: It needs upgradation , but not too old
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty: Most of the professors are highly educated having a plenty of knowledge , deliver good source to the students with their possible resources. As the college is under the makaut university which I think needs improvement , its too much theoretical based and the semesters are not held on time 1 month delay are previously it occurs so , the total time management is hampered
Placement Experience :
placement i would say it as average is 5-6LPA and from our seniors i have observed 20-24LPA . which is think is a great achievement for our TPO and college management . but after the corona period where other colleges are struggling to bring companies i havent observed so in my college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
During admission i have paid Rs.61150, which included the 1st semester fees and and registration, uniform all the charges and 44500 rupees for the next 7 semesters , total consist of 8 semester the their in our course .
Campus Life :
College having a great campus , all are streams are having separate building makes it comfortable to concentrate and be in the course during college time easy to navigate for freshers , no ragging is happening since last 10-12 years .

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
