- The faculties were very nice and much qualified which gives opportunity to grab more knowledge.

- The structure of the campus was not so attractive I think this should be modified.
- Gardens were not so maintained.and the cantene also is somehow poor.
Remarks :
Yes, there was an entrance examination named CUET to be able to study in this college. The students who pass the cutoff marks are selected to study here there were no interviews taken. One more thing is that there are reservation criteria but I am from the general category for that I was unreserved and got a chance to continue my studies there on a merit basis. Fees are quite affordable in comparison to other colleges. I have Choosen the college as it is one of best college on field of microbiology as I have researched in Google.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose the course as from the very beginning I was very interested in cell biology and when in higher secondary class I studied some more about that subject I fell for love of that subject which fascinates me very much. The faculties are very very good some of them were doctors and cracked AIIMS examinations. There were 4 semester exams in a year which was moderate and gave us opportunities to learn a lot from that. Cost is such affordable for us for that I have choosen the college.
Internships Opportunities :
I have opted for the research job and got placements under a company in Bengaluru named "Research Fox" which offered me 4 lakhs per annum but I think I am much more deserving than that. So I am studying more and hope to get a good placement soon. I will research and will help others to study as well.
Placement Experience :
The top five to ten students are very sure to be placed in good companies with high salaries. The fundamental thing is that study hard and be capable of good placements. Tata as well as many call companies visited our college last month with an average package of 3 lakhs per annum which was from the call companies. The highest was offered by Tata which is 4.5 lakhs per annum. Almost 60% of students get placements from this college and the other 20% approx got placements but in low amounts like 1lakh per annum.
Campus Life :
There is an annual fest every year named NEE YEAR, NEW DREAMS. It took place in every December month of the year. The library is a huge resource for us to study also there is a pin-drop silence-like situation which also increases our focusing power. Among sports, Cricket is played very much and many tournaments also take place based on some groups. food quality and hostel environment is very good and seniors are very helpful. All live here in a coordinated manner with fully disciplined. Yes, I have also rented a room beside the college in Harish Park, Kolkata.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
