Remarks :
After wbjee I have not given any competetive exam. as counselling I got this college I have heard that placements are good in my branch that is the key factor for which I have choosed this course and this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Exams are held often and the difficulty levels are not hard if one student read through the course well there should not be any problem. faculties are highly qualified with phd degrees and yes they are very supportive
Internships Opportunities :
As I am a first year student who have just qualified from the first semester exam . So I am unaware about too much internships but yes internships are generally provided from our college I have heard from our seniors
Placement Experience :
Internships are generally provided from college. Last week infosys and IBM visited our college to require some students. Highest package was about 34 lakhs per anum this year and avg package is about 6 lakhs . About 98 percent students got placement from our branch.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As I am a first year student As my admission tuition fees per semester is 44000 Registration fees 5000 Development fees 10000 Lab fees 5000 Library fees 5000 Don't know much about others but for every one these are compulsory
Campus Life :
As I am a local student so I live in my home but some of my friends live in hostels . I have heard that hostels and overall campus is really good with 3 playgrounds , gym , pools, gardens basketball courts and many more things . Books are always available in Library Fests are held every year
Hostel Facilities :
As I am a local student so I use to go to my college from my home daily so I don't need to live in hostel but yes there are five seperate hostels in our college campus. some of my friends are in there so from them I got to know that there are so much facilities in hostels to stay comfortably.

Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
