- I like the college for its excellent faculty and Modern infrastructure,which enhance learning.

- College is in a remote location , so students find difficulty to access city amenities.
Remarks :
Choosing Haldia Institute of Technology was a strategic decision influenced by its academic reputation and good placement record. The college location was nice. I got admission to Haldia Institute of Technology through wbjee.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Coming to the academic part, scoring here is really easy in exams. This college has a comprehensive curriculum and renowned faculty. Professors are highly qualified and use effective teaching methods. Odd semester examination is held in December and even semester examination is held in June.
Internships Opportunities :
College does not provide specific internship opportunities you have to search for internships on your own. I have an internship in the field of web development and machine learning with a stipend. Projects involve machine learning projects and web development projects.
Placement Experience :
Placements are strong with many recruiters visiting the campus. Eligibility includes good academic performance and interview readiness. Top recruiters are Accenture, PWC, Capgemini and many more. The highest package is 33 lpa this year, average package is around 5 lpa, with 80% placement. I am planning for placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year-wise fee structure of my college was around 107400. In which hostel is not included. college does not provide any special scholarship but if you are from West Bengal you can avail of the Swami Vivekanand scholarship. The fee structure of all the courses all the same. The hostel fees are 24000 of which the food is not included.
Campus Life :
2 fests are held every year one is Prayukti which is a technical fest and another is Rivera which is a cultural fest both held in April. The college has diverse clubs, modern classrooms, and a well-stocked library. Every sports competition is held in our college and even intra college competition is also held. Clubs and societies in college are run by the students.
Hostel Facilities :
Bed, study table, chair, wardrobe are given for each student, Wifi is available Hostel has a decent mess with varied menu options. Food quality is generally satisfactory. Registration is straightforward and affordable. I am currently renting a room in Gandhinagar, which is well convenient and well-connected.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
