- I like the infrastructure of hit very amazing campas i love it , faculty are very helpful and friendly.
- Fest of hit is biggest fest i ever seen really excellent, the environment of a collage Nature flowers garden and many things to do in campas gym etc
Dislikes
- My dislike is language problem When i join I faced many problems every one speak fast hindi after knowing you then talk in region language, and english are allways accept.
- The senior junior interaction are very bad ,(not all exception available).
Remarks :
Any type of interview or disscus not happend. Every thing done well , i join this college through wbjee exam and i persuing chemical engineering, campus are nice and clean and natural. Very beautiful architecture. Really appreciate for everything.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course and curriculum are well maintained as wel as makut syllabus strictly followed, exam are modarete level, teachers are very helpful and friendly , they are well educated and phd holder's and Master degree completed.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship available many companies, Like adani and Reliance tata , with stipend. Plant management and process management and chemical engineering freshers are take intership in local situated chemical companys.
Placement Experience :
For every student placements available good is 9pointer medium 7.5 low 5 and above all are placed by defferent companies, Infosis,tata, Reliance, wipro and many other companies, Chemical engineering for plant management highest is 26lpa , 90-92% placed many are choosing higher studies and gate exam. Gate exam or if i log 12lpa or higher i take placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Sem wise fees structure is 1st- 93950 including devlopment fees 2nd- 68750 3rd-71250 4th-68750 5th-71250 6th-68750 7th- 71250 8th-68750 without hostel ,,, hostel per sem-12000 not increased but exam fees not included. Sc and st pay same as all , only tutions fee waived students not pay full amount, wb government all scholarship available Svmc and oisis .
Campus Life :
Fest are awesome , many types of fest happened in hit like robotics fest many more you can find easily on Instagram, library are well updated and very advanced , always available books , class room are good projectors and ac fan attached toilet ever department, all sports available like cricket football many more , every day somthing happen in hit like boot camp many clubs here the organisation programs , many clubs and news channel run by students.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel mees i don't know but friend says ok ok quality, but cantine food are amazing, really good hygiene and tasty, hostels are good affordable run out fast , locality pg allways available many range like single room 1 person 3k and 2person 2k 1.5k per month rent and food excluding 2-4k .

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
