Remarks :
No there is no any test from College for admission. The admission is taken from Wbjee Counselling & reservation Quota. The admission will be taken by counselling of jee mains also. The lateral admission is taken from jelet and other exams.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choosed this Course as IT developer has heavy demand in Industrial field. The Teachers are very good & hard working and also very helpful to students. The Teachers also help you to progress in other fields. The Subjects here are so helpful to make a student used to choose their favourite future field.
Placement Experience :
There placements are also available. There is 90- 95% placements are completed in previous years. The placements training are also available in this college. There is a eligibility criteria of 7 cgpa must for all students. There many recruiters came in this college like Accenture, tcs , infosys, wipro etc

Details of fees Structure 1st year - 154000 2nd year - 149000 3rd year- 148000 4th Year- 147000 It can increase per year only for whom are new admission. SVMCM & WBSCS & Others many Scholarships are available.
Campus Life :
The Campus is so amazing. There is a garden & a field surrounded with flowers . There is also a cafetaria and a sitting place for perfect time spent with classmates. THERE is many clubs here like Coding Club, Sports Club, Dance Club , Singing Club, Drama Club and many more. The infrastructure is very good . The Clubs here are well maintained. The infrastructure of Lab and Library is very good. The new many journal are also available in the Library & also new edition books . The classroom has also available with modern amenities like smart board , screen projection etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes there is also a hostel available separate of boys & girls. The hostel infrastructure is also very good. There separate warden for girls and boys hostel. The hostel is well maintained and they also maintain a good discipline. The food is fine and healthy in hostel.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
