Remarks :
There are many factors which made me choose this college like the environment of the college is very good and excellent. I have interacted with many seniors and they advised me that the college is very good and the faculty are also very good and friendly. I took the WBJEE entrance examination to gain admission to this college and secured a good rank after counseling I got into this college and I'm very lucky to take this college. It is one of the best engineering colleges in Kolkata.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is very good in this college. This college is NAAC An accredited college with an NIRF ranking. This college is also affiliated with the West Bengal Technical University i.e. Maulana Abul Kalam University. All the curriculums are under this university. Facilities are also very good and friendly with the students. Students can easily interact with the teachers and Lab charges are also very friendly.. students can easily interact with them. Also, there are many scholarships in this college like BSCC(Bihar student credit card) and WBSCC( West Bengal student credit card) students can benefit from that and there are many scholarships for West Bengal students available in this college. I'm learning in this college from BSCC because I belong to Bihar which is easily available in this college.
Internships Opportunities :
Students can get a chance to take internships in 2nd or 3rd year. Internship opportunities are available at this college. If student performance is good college will help to get the internship. Through the internship, students got ideas about the fields they had chosen like It,cse, civil, and mechanical.
Placement Experience :
The placement and job opportunities of this college are not good but almost 90% of students got placed after completing the course. Students got placed in companies like TCS, WIPRO, Capgemini, Infosys, tech Mahindra, NTPC, and many companies. If any student does not get placed they can take off-campus placement very easily. The average package is 6-7 lakhs and the highest package of last year is 18 lakhs.
Campus Life :
The campus life is very amazing and this college has one of the best campuses in Kolkata.... The infrastructure is really good and the greeny environment of this college. And also there are many clubs in this college like music club, dance club, science club, photography club and many more.. Students can join the club... Students can't get bored in this college. The hostel is good in many aspects like a good room and spacious rooms better food facilities and also a gym is there in the college the medical facilities is also good... The library is one of the main advantages of this college there is a very big library and many books are present in the library...... Sports. Regular sports competitions are organized in this college like cricket, volleyball, badminton, football, etc,

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
