- Our college was well structured for research and development work I really liked that in our college
- Infrastructures are well maintained and clean and campus was filled with lots of trees and filled what's i really liked.
Dislikes
- I really disliked fee structure of our college it was so complicated and overpriced.
- There was no dress code in our college so some time we getting confused.
Remarks :
For getting addmission in this college i was given an entrance exam. I am getting passed in this exam and they will send me an offer letter after that I was completed my registration process in administration building in our college. preparing for this entrance exam i was studying from online resources.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since my childhood i have lots of interest in technology. So when I was completed my Higher secondary education I decided to get admission in this course. In our college all facilities are passed out from prestigious institution like IIT. So it was very helpful for us.
Internships Opportunities :
In 4th sem we get some internship like Wipro, Google, Microsoft ,TCS, MediaTek, Nvidia. Any intensive periods we do some project under particular company which help in our entire life to get some good jobs and good opportunity.
Placement Experience :
I am now in first year so I don't know about the criteria for placement offers and internship. But I get some information from my senior's they told me that for getting placement offers we have to do lots of project work.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For getting addmission in this college at first I was paying 117000 rupees -(90000 rupees for first semester and 27000 rupees for admission fees). After that I have to pay 90000 thousand rupees for per semester.
Campus Life :
Our college campus is very beautiful and clean with lots greenary.There are more than three vending machine and canteen for getting sufficient and healthy food for us. In our college there are one Central library and six department libraries are present. After creating our library id we can access those libraries.
Hostel Facilities :
College hostel was well maintained for hostelers. There was AC and Non AC rooms are available for us but I was chosen a PG for me because it was so cost effective. Hostel food was not so bad they give three foods for hostelers. As per my opinion my PG was average fee structure is better than hostel but food is overpriced.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
