- Fee structure is so complicated and transportation fees is to high.
- There was no dresscode for us some time we getting confused .
Remarks :
Discipline and infrastructure for research works is the main key factors why I am doing my B.Tech from here . For students who getting marks below 90% they have to give an entrance exam for getting admission here.They asked few questions for admission purpose when I came for paid my first fees .
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since my childhood I love to solve technical problems and I have lots of interest knowledge about IT sector like Green cloud computing AI,ML. Faculties are highly educated and they completed their PHD from prestigious institutions like IIT,IIIT. We have to give two end semester exam and minimum 6 internal exam in a year and few assignment also.
Internships Opportunities :
Actually I am not applying for any internship because I am in first year of my college life so I have not enough knowledge for getting chance in internship. But now days I am doing some project in Cy-Codder club.
Placement Experience :
I am now in first year so I have not enough information about that. But Iam getting some information from my seniors ,they told me that i have to maintain CGPA and I have to do lots of projects works for getting placed. Average package of our college is 7 lacs per annum
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For getting admission in our college we have to pay 117000 for first time(90000 rupees for first sem and 27000 rupees for admission purpose). But I paid only 67000 rupees because the management had given me a scholarship for getting more than 90% marks in higher secondary examination. Overall I have to pay 697000
Campus Life :
Our college campus is amezing because it's filled with lots of greenary, fields and playground (Badminton Court, Basketball Court, Football ground,Net for cricket)also. Infrastructure are well designed and maintained by them .It is clean and plastic free. There are few clubs also(Cy-Codder, Sports club, Robotics club,Junk innovation club and more) one student can access one club at a time if they want to change their club they can change after one year.
Hostel Facilities :
It is amezing because the campus was well maintained and clean. There are three canteen and more than five vending machine for getting sufficient food. Hostels are fully furnished and well maintained but due to overpriced I choosen PG near to Adamas. Hostel food is not so bad they give 3 time food for hosteler. In my opinion my PG was better than hostel because it is cost effective.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.
Review of my collage
Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
