This college supported Hindi language teaching and nearby by my location. •Good aspects of college - well infrastructure, good social gatherings, best teaching methods and we'll design curriculum. Bad aspects of college - No proper canteen, Library size is small, Union group which Incourage politics, load of practical works. •Admission process - Apply online on college site~ Merit list comes ~Pay online the course fees~Document verification
Course Curriculum Overview :
•I chooses this course for the versatility of knowledge in this course and tourism. •The faculty have done PHD in their zone and this is well teaching methods available for students. •There are 6 exams in every semester every exam have 1 hour time, the difficulty level of exem is not really hard.
Internships Opportunities :
Grs intership comes for students. In project work we have to go to field and collect the proper reading then we have calculated and submit the assignment for complete the intership exam. We also have to ready one laboratory book for internship.
Placement Experience :
Placement cell need to be improved because it doesn't offer good jobs for students. There are only sales and tele caller jobs recruiter comes . The college have to look into more opportunities given to students for placement of students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
•The year-wise 7840rs I paid. •Tiution feez-3500rs , caution fees-500rs , registration fees-700rs, admission fees-7840rs, development fees-450rs, lab fees-300rs. •The fees for other batch mates who belongs to sc ,st, obc categories they pay 6300rs per year. •The schoolership name SVMCM with amount 18000rs per year available for students.
Campus Life :
•Freshers party organised by college every year. •The library have versatile of books for every department. •Every year sports organised by the college. •One social group named union who make functions.
Hostel Facilities :
•Food quality is good on Average and menu have rolls , burgers and other fast food . •For registration for hostel is very simple you just have to apply on college office simply, and it's very affordable. •Locality is very commutative and good for pg students.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.

Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
