Remarks :
Yes, there is a Globsyn Aptitude Test and after that a physical interview is there before the admission. The selection process should be a bit more strict because everything is not for everyone and education is not something which a person can buy with the money.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Everything are good but they should more focus on the industry requirements because most of the things are not required for the initial times in the job. There should be one hands on experience section in the curriculum like sales pitch or how to collect lead from the field. These things are more important than understanding any theory for a sales guy.
Internships Opportunities :
There is a 2 months summer internship program where pretty good companies take interns sometimes paid or non paid. I have done mine in ITC fresh dairy for 2 months where I have received the most of my learnings and it is a paid internship.
Placement Experience :
Job opportunities are good and also the sitting criteria in the placements are good but they should more focus on the company reputations on the market before conducting any placement drive and there should be a placement committee where students are also involved where they can also understand how to talk with the corporates.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fees is Rs. 825000/- for total course of 2 years. Rs. 90000/- have to pay at the time of admission and the rest of the amount I have to pay in 7 installments. Almost Rs. 7 Lakhs I have to pay in my first year.
Campus Life :
Some things are pretty good but there should be more facilities as per the course fees because the Rs. 8.25 Lakhs is a huge amount as a course fee. Everyone can expect atleast a electric shoe polishing machine because every student have to travel a long distance to reach the campus and everyone have to wear formal shoes everyday. The drinking water is not good, it should be improved.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
