- The teachers are very good and intelligent.
- The college infrastructure is very good.

- The college has less sports activities and thus students with good skills in sports often found themselves sad .
- Disturbing elements happening during the class sometimes.
Remarks :
I gave Cuet exam to get college of Delhi University and thus after scoring 751/800, I got prestigious Shyam Lal College Delhi. I prepared for this exam through online courses and also through the multiple practice questions book.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course as it will help me in the preparation of civil services examination. The teachers are very intellectual and great in the teaching part and are very supportive. Exams were held in teo forms mid sem and final exam of sem.
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted for any internship but will definitely opt for intership in future. The internship events regularly happens in college and thus there is not any problem of giving interviews here and there.
Placement Experience :
The event regularly happens in the college for placement and job opportunities. The student are required with good communication skill and knowledge. The student has to give interview to the placement cell for the selection.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The Yearly fees of college is 25200 and it it regardless of caste. The scholarship is available on the basis of caste and students can take benefit of it and also other monthly scholarships are also available.
Campus Life :
The campus is great and it is very big and further the infrastructure of college is also very good. The college library is the place where any child can issue any book and can study there for whole day.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
