- is a good college with decent amount of placements in the last few years. Many recruiting companies are TCS and Infosys. Minimum 67% of students get internships in different IT sectors and MNCs. The students from the college get recruited in manager posts or team leads as a developer. The college's training and placement cell works to connect students with potential employers. Placement records indicate that many students do secure jobs, suggesting a degree of industry readiness.
- The classrooms are very nicely maintained and have every facility. In summer, there is no centralized air conditioning so it gets hard during summers otherwise, it's very good. The Wi-Fi speed is also fast.
Dislikes
- The teachers are quite qualified with most of them being studied from top universities of the country. But they are teachers in 1st year are not very helpful, like they don't answer with all your questions so you have to give efforts on your own The course curriculum is relevant I can say it's same as most of the colleges The semester exams are conducted by the university MAKAUT, so they are I would say medium difficult
- The only things you would hear the students complain about is the campus area, it's very small. And the college doesn't have its own ground so that's a thing I would like them to improve
Remarks :
The college thrives on the reputation of techno india group. The placement opportunity is still laundering in development. College life is minimal . You get to complete your choosen degree as the cut-off has dropped in last few years.

Internships are offered by startups like itobuzz, channelplay , 1Xbet who give an averagw stipend of 5000-10000/per month

You need to have minimum of 9 cgpa while sitting for on-campus placements. There is only pool campussing of masses done by techno india. Previously recruiters like Wipro, TCS , Tech Mahindra , itobuzz , Amazon , HCL , Capgemini etc. Have recruited from our college. An average of 93% students get placed in every 2 years Those who dont get placed opt for higher studies
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Campus Life :
The labs are good to be honest, even if I compare the tech with other colleges in the city which have big campus but the tech is not up to the mark. The college has multiple wifi with average speed, but the cell network is weak in the college area, classrooms are average and the library is good and the college offers semester books from the library itself so u don't have to buy books on your own. About the hostel, the college doesn't have its own hostel but there are many private hostels nearby the college, the food quality is below average there. The college hosts good number of sports events which are also very good.The only things you would hear the students complain about is the campus area, it's very small. And the college doesn't have its own ground so that's a thing I would like them to improve.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are available around the college for both boys and girls. Most of them take around 7000 per month Locality-star hostel , modern boys hostel , sahara hostel nazirabad. These hostels are good for hostellers

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW

There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
