- Bad infrastructure but good faculty and campus life
- College is located in the city so well connected to malls and market also sports facilities are amazing
Dislikes
- Not big campus and we have a huge building in which all the courses have there own section
- If you are not connected to your seniors then your campus life will not be good
Remarks :
Good placement statistics and interships opportunities and location of the college There is no group decision actually you get admission through jossa and csab councelling so for that you have to enroll for jee mains a written exam to get into nits and qualifying exam for iits
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum is not updated but additional course are added to make you industry standard Faculty is too awesome and helpful, good teaching so you can pass the exam The exams are held on regular basis and there 4 exams per year
Internships Opportunities :
Not yet but my seniors get interships through the alumni network As my course is information technology so you get easily intership in second year through online unstop or internshala type website and also from LinkedIn connections
Placement Experience :
Placements are quite good and interships opportunities are also good You need 7.5 above to sit in campus placements As of know average package of my course in 14 lpa and 90 percent of students get placed in my course information technology My plans to have a remote 9 to 5 job after campus placement
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly you have to pay 140000 but if your family income is under 5 lakh then 40000 yearly and if it is under 1 lakh then only 16000 yearly and additional scholarships are also provided to students like nsp and many more by private and govt scholarship details are provided by the faculty
Campus Life :
Campus is not that big but social life is awesome as we have lot of events like avartan technocracy samar and many more event and you can learn many things in these events All the events and programs are managed and organised by students We have a small Library but always open except weekends
Hostel Facilities :
I have opted it in my first year and the quality of food is too bad so there onwards I started living outside the campus Also the hostel is not available for everyone the students are selected on the merit based

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
