- Infrastructure is the best part as the college has a huge green campus
- Campus life is too good along with studies you get a chance to explore new things
Dislikes
- Faculty are mostly the new one and has no prior experience they will not resolve problems which you have. Yeah but the experience professor are great just do some efforts and reach out to them
- The management is the worst thing of the college. They will not hear anything even you are on right.
Remarks :
The course structure and the teachers and the co-curriculam. The college has greenery and it is with hostel facility also. It will give you a great exposure in everything. The clubs of college will even give you chance to explore the hidden talent in you.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum was designed in a way that you get enough time for your passion and for coscholastic areas. I was in cse department and it gave me a great exposure to the modern technology and industrial requirements
Internships Opportunities :
Yes i have opted for internship in a company which was provided by college only and it helps me to understand more requirements of the industry. Many of us got the internship but the same thing that you have to be out of your comfort zone.
Placement Experience :
The placement were good part. If you have overall 60% in 10th,12th and graduation then you get to sit in all the visiting companies. With little effort and coming out of your comfort zone you can secure good job with a decent package.
Campus Life :
The campus life is the best thing about this college. You will not only get to study but also you will explore more things along with it. There is sports club and music club with whom you can do more things

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
