- The campus life is very fun. The students are wonderful you make quiet a good number of friends as soon as you get in. The campus life is not very strict so it's enjoyable
- The infrastructure is amazing The labs classrooms library sports ground hall rooms are all very dearly loved by me.
Remarks :
I chose this college as its Journalism department was so relevant and useful the college is also A-graded in NAAC which just attracted me more towards it. The huge beautiful college campus was also one of the main things that attracted me.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course as it provides more career options than the other courses. The teaching faculty of this college is highly qualified and very helpful. Their teaching methods are very simple yet very effective. Term exams happen every six months in a very timely manner and the difficulty level is very moderate it's not very difficult. Almost all students pass every year.
Placement Experience :
Internships are provided to every student as they are compulsory to get the graduation certificate. News house agencies like TV 9 Bangla, News 18 Bangla, and ABP have recruited interns from our college right from the first semester. Some of the first-semester Internships are unpaid but the ones that we get during 3rd year onwards pay well
Campus Life :
Fests are a major part of our college we've seen singers from KK to Sonu Nigam perform at our socials. Music bands like Fossils and Trap have also performed. The college provides a huge extensive library which is very useful. The college also has a huge playground, rock climbing wall and a games room. We have a student union in our college run by senior students. Our college does not have a hostel but it does have a canteen that provides fresh hot food to the students at a fairly low price rate.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
