Remarks :
the college is one of the most famous and well known semi government college in West Bengal . it is under kolaghat thermal power plant authority.the placement record of this college is not so much good but the campus is so big in West Bengal.for taking admission you should Give jee main and wbjee exam and for wbjee exam you should get 40k rank for get cse brunch.
Course Curriculum Overview :
cse is the most demanding brunch in it sector and have most opportunity to get a job.in our college faculty are well educated like they are from iit and Jadavpur and they all have musters and phd degree in cse.we are under the university called makaout and the exam difficulty level is medium.but sometime it's hard too.the study cost is 500000 for sc st obc the cost is low.the name of the scholarship if you able to this is swami vivekanda scholarship.
Internships Opportunities :
there ar Eno on campus internship offers in our college.if you want internships then you have to try for off campus internship because for internship there are no companies are coming In our college .
Placement Experience :
The placement of my college is bad.companies are not coming now a days in our college.most of the companies like bcs,infosys, Accenture are not coming now a days for our college bad relationship with those companies as a second year student I have tension not to hire in any companies.
Campus Life :
in my college the cultural fest name is spandan and the tech fest name is resonance.in my college library there have too many books like dsa for engineers, formal language and automata theory books many programming language books development books etc.and also there have many story book in Bengali,english and Hindi and many other languages.the annual sports name is athlema.we have jk das auditorium hall jk das fest ground etc.the departmental sports in baseball cricket football held by our college.now coming In our hostel the hostels are divided for every year students also girls hostel is there in our college.but the hostel life is not so good.seniors at hostel is not good they are very rude and do mild ragging.now coming at food quality the quality of the food is too bad.if you Give hostel money then you will get hostel easily.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
