- I like the placement rate faculty in this college.The placement rate is very high and good .The faculty is also very good which is much experienced. There will be a good future in this college for every student with these faculty.
- I also like the campus locality which is placed near the highway.All the food Streets,malls,shops are very nearer to the college.It was very beneficial to the students according to transport purpose.all the things will be found very nearer only
Dislikes
- I strictly dislike the campus size which was having just 100 acres only.This is very disappointing that even the college don't have seperate ground for every sports.The campus is so small and the canteens are also just 2 which was small.
- The 2nd thing I disliked was about the noise pollution.The college is located nearby station.The train sound will be heard to the surroundings of this college which is so irritating.The students who are staying in the PGs nearer to this college are also suffering with this noise pollution.
Remarks :
I have choosen this college because of having good placement rate,well trained and experienced lectures,good environment.The admission process will be taken by entrance exam JEE MAINS.If we qualify the exam with good percentile then we will get a seat in the college.The cut off for this college is above 97 percentile.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is for four years and a year consists of 2 semesters.My course is chemical Engineering which is very popular after CSE and ECE branches.The faculty and staff is very good.There are many scholarships according to their eligibility rules. There will be an end sem and mid sem 2 exams for an semester.There will be a financial assistance also in the college if your annual income is below 1 lakh or below 5 lakh .The difficulty level is not much high,it's average.
Internships Opportunities :
No I didn't opted for any internship . actually I was studying 1st year so that I couldn't apply for any internship.we can apply for the internship from 3rd year onwards in this college.on applying to internship we will get a good experience.
Placement Experience :
The placements are very good in this college.On and average there will be an above 97% placement rate.Around 150 companies visit the college and gives the 200 above offers per branch.The highest package in the college is 86 lakh per annum (Domestic) and 2 crore (international).
Campus Life :
The life at the campus is very enjoyable. The clubs and committee will be there and u can be in those clubs and committee.There will be a good Library which consists of all type of books and this college consists of digital library also.There will be a good sport clubs.The hostel food is average.THE hostel accommodation is very low and we will get by merit.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
