- Our college is very much good. Most of the facilities are available there. Atm, bank are also available in our university premises. Also canteen facilities are available there.
- Most of these, our university premises are very much clean and beautiful . Various types of trees and ornamental flower makes our university more beautiful . I love my university very much.
Dislikes
- Our hostel quality is very poor, rooms are also. We get very dull food item everyday. Besides bathrooms are very dirty and foul smell come from there.
- Our college faculty room also very old. Bench and desk are broken. Modern class facilities are very poor.
Remarks :
Bidhan Chandra krishi vishwavidyalaya is a very famous university in india. I took admission here in the year 2021. Now , I am studying in Bsc agriculture,3rd year. There are 16 department in agriculture. Admission process of the university is good. Our teacher always help us in our study. They encourage us. Our college is clean and beautiful. Every facilities are available here. The selection procedure in this university on the basis of Higher secondary results min 96%. There are some reservation seat also . I feel proud for my college .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I take admission on BSC agriculture in BCKV. I always try to educate our farmers to improve their cultivation techniques in the field. Forthis I take admission here. There are total eight semester and each semester is six months. The exam paper of each semester is moderate. The fees structure of each semester is six thousand seven hundred seventy five rupees only. I don't get any scholarship for my course.
Internships Opportunities :
There are various company offered us for internship program. We went RAWE program for our internship. It is very helpful for gaining knowledge. In this program we come directly contact with the farmers and learn new ideas how to improve our cultivation. In this during , we get 10,000 stipend per month. It is a six month internship program. In this program we have to know the problem comes to farmers during their cultivation and try to solve it scientifically.It helps to gain experience very much.
Placement Experience :
Minimum eligibility criteria for placement is bsc agriculture. In our college various agricultural company have been visited with a good salary package . Mainly, IFFCO, syngenta others also came to offer job. Recently some NGOs offer our seniors a good job with salary package forty thousand per month. Minimum forty percent students get placement every according to their desire. I want to grow up academically . I have no desire to take job immediately.
Campus Life :
Every year we organised BCKV Nairit . It is an annual function of our college. Most of the students participate in this program with their versatile talent. We enjoy it very much. Every agriculture and horticulture books are available in our library . Besides various competative Books are also available there for our good preparation. Our university authority held cricket, football, and tennis tournament every year. A social group is also there named bckv Nairit group. I live in jagadish abas hostel. The hostel premises are good. But the food quality is so much poor. Most of the day we have to eat soyabean, rice and dal. It is very much difficult to eat these food item. Room condition of our hostel is also poor. There are only one fan and two tubelight in each room. And in each room we live three boarders. So it is very much problematic for us

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
